Research Use Only — Important Notice All products sold by Carrot Labs Group LLC are intended solely for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, or use in food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics. By purchasing, you affirm compliance with this restriction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing carrotlabsresearch.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional to purchase from Carrot Labs. By completing the age verification gate, you affirm these qualifications. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for in vitro (outside the body) research purposes only. Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Purchasers assume full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and use in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards, ACH, and cryptocurrency. Payment is due at time of order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order and will issue a full refund if an order is cancelled by us.
Orders are subject to availability. We will notify you if a product is out of stock.

5. Shipping

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders placed before 2pm CT ship same business day.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Carrot Labs provides free shipment protection on all orders. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

6. Returns and Refunds

Opened products may not be returned due to the nature of research compounds.
Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
To initiate a return, contact info@carrotlabsresearch.com.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with a charge or an order, you agree to contact us at info@carrotlabsresearch.com first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Initiating a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described, or without first contacting us to seek a resolution, is a breach of these Terms.
Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain. Bank/ACH payments you authorize are not subject to reversal except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to contest any chargeback we believe to be fraudulent or wrongful, to recover the disputed amount together with any fees and costs we incur, and to suspend or close accounts associated with wrongful chargebacks.
Because all products are sold strictly for research use only, a buyer's choice to misuse a product, or a change of mind about its intended research purpose, is not a valid basis for a payment dispute.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Carrot Labs Group LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carrot Labs Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carrot Labs Group LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
