Commissions are paid by PayPal, monthly. Earnings clear on net-30: a commission moves from pending to available after a 30-day window so it clears the return/refund period, then is paid out the following month. Your current payout threshold and balances are always shown in your dashboard.
You earn your tier rate on every order placed using your code or referral link — new or returning customer. Commission is calculated on net product revenue, excluding shipping and tax.
A customer is attributed to you when they use your code or click your referral link (30-day cookie). If both a code and a cookie are present, the explicitly entered code wins. Only one promo code can be applied per order — codes can't be stacked with other promotions.
