Affiliate Program Terms

Effective Date: May 29, 2026

FTC Disclosure Requirement All affiliates must clearly disclose their material connection to Carrot Labs in every piece of content that promotes our products. This is required by the FTC and is non-negotiable. Failure to disclose will result in immediate termination.

1. Program Overview

The Carrot Labs Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to carrotlabsresearch.com. Participation is subject to these terms and approval by Carrot Labs Group LLC.

2. Application and Approval

Affiliation requires written approval from Carrot Labs. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approval may be revoked at any time.

3. Mandatory FTC Disclosure

Every affiliate must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of their material connection with Carrot Labs in ALL promotional content, including but not limited to:

Social media posts, stories, and reels
Videos and live streams
Blog posts and articles
Email newsletters
Comments and replies

Acceptable disclosures include: "#ad", "#sponsored", "#partner", "I earn a commission from this link", or equivalent plain-language statements placed prominently at the beginning of content.

4. Prohibited Content

Affiliates may NOT make any of the following claims in their promotional content:

Health outcomes, therapeutic benefits, or disease claims of any kind
Before/after transformations or efficacy testimonials
Dosing instructions or administration guidance
Comparisons to prescription drugs or medications
Any claim that products are safe for human use
Any content that implies products are anything other than research compounds

Violations will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Permitted Content

Affiliates may promote:

Product quality, purity standards, and COA documentation
Research community and educational resources
Pricing, promotions, and shipping benefits
General information about what research peptides are (in a research context)

6. Commission Structure

Commission rates, cookie duration, and payout schedules will be communicated in your individual affiliate agreement. Carrot Labs reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice.

7. Tracking and Attribution

Commissions are tracked via unique affiliate codes and links. Self-referrals are prohibited. Commissions are not earned on returned or charged-back orders.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, earned commissions on completed, non-refunded orders will be paid per the standard schedule.
