Carrot Labs Group LLC
All partners must clearly disclose their material connection to Carrot Labs on every piece of content that promotes our products. A disclosure like "#ad — I earn a commission" placed prominently at the beginning of content satisfies this requirement. This is non-negotiable and non-waivable.
The Carrot Labs Partner Program allows participants to earn commissions by referring new customers to Carrot Labs. Enrollment is free, open, and instant. Your promo code and referral link are issued immediately upon signup. Participation is subject to these terms and our content policy (Section 5).
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to enter into this agreement. Enrollment is open to everyone, worldwide, with no application or approval wait. Carrot Labs reserves the right to terminate any partner account that violates these terms, our content policy, or applicable law.
All partners start at the Affiliate tier and move up as their referral volume grows. Tier upgrades are permanent — you are never downgraded once you reach a higher tier.

Commission is calculated on the discounted product subtotal of a qualifying order — the product total after any bundle, promotional, and referral discounts — and excludes any shipping or taxes if ever introduced. Carrot Labs reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds or commission rates with 30 days' written notice. Any such change will not affect commissions already earned on orders placed before the effective date.
Partners earn an additional 5% on all future orders placed by every customer they refer, for the lifetime of that customer's account. This lifetime rate is fixed at 5% regardless of your current commission tier and applies to repeat orders indefinitely, as long as your partner account remains in good standing.
If a referred customer subscribes to a Carrot Labs membership plan, you earn a recurring commission on each billing cycle for as long as they remain subscribed.
All Carrot Labs products are sold strictly for research purposes only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Your promotional content must comply with this posture at all times.

Violations of this content policy will result in immediate account termination. Commissions already paid will not be clawed back; commissions pending at the time of termination are forfeited.
A referral is attributed to you when a customer uses your promo code at checkout or arrives via your referral link. Referral links carry a 30-day attribution cookie. If both a code and a cookie are present, the explicitly entered code takes precedence. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Commission is earned only on the first order placed by a customer who is new to Carrot Labs. Existing customers who use your code receive the 15% discount but do not generate a new-customer commission. Repeat-order lifetime commissions (Section 4) apply separately.
Self-referrals are prohibited. Using your own code or link to purchase products for yourself, or facilitating others to do so, will result in account termination.
Commissions are paid via PayPal, monthly, with no minimum threshold. There is a 30-day clearance hold after each qualifying order: a commission moves from pending to available after 30 days to allow the order's return/refund window to close. Available balances are paid out the following calendar month.
If a referred order is refunded or charged back within the 30-day hold period, the associated commission is marked reversed and removed from your balance before it is ever paid out.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid PayPal account and for reporting commission income under applicable tax law. Carrot Labs will issue a Form 1099 where required by US law.
Your promo code gives referred customers 15% off their order. This discount is funded by Carrot Labs. Your commission is calculated on the discounted product subtotal, as described in Section 3.
Carrot Labs may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You may terminate your participation at any time without penalty.
Either party may terminate the partner relationship at any time by written notice. Upon termination by either party for any reason other than a content policy violation, earned commissions on completed, non-refunded orders will be paid per the standard monthly schedule. Commissions on orders placed after the termination date will not accrue.
Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or joint venturers of Carrot Labs. You have no authority to bind Carrot Labs to any obligation. You are solely responsible for your promotional activities and any content you publish.
Carrot Labs' total liability to any partner is limited to unpaid commissions earned in the 90 days preceding any claim. Carrot Labs is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages of any kind.
