Every order includes free shipment protection. If your order was lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we will reship it at no cost — no return required.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us

Email info@carrotlabsresearch.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

Receive return authorization

We will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Ship it back

Package the item securely and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund processed

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@carrotlabsresearch.com with your order number and photos. We will reship the correct item at no cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. All orders include free shipment protection and will be reshipped.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
