All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Product contents are not identified on the outside of the package. Inner packaging is designed to protect vials during transit.
Every Carrot Labs order includes free shipment protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@carrotlabsresearch.com and we will reship your order at no cost.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package at usps.com using the provided tracking number.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Carrot Labs is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed.
